GUEST CHEF PROGRAM
Our "Guest Chefs" prepare a meal for our residents on either Monday night or Thursday night. You would cook for 7 adults and two children and then bring the meal and four copies of the recipe to either Saint Charles Parish (Arlington), or directly to our shelter units, depending on your time constraints. This meal would be a balanced one, of course, as we use the recipes and "family dinners" to teach our residents about nutrition.
